Laguna Seca garage rental rules and regulations:

Coastal Driving is providing garage spaces to its attendees for 200$ per car.
Garage Sharing is not allowed by the rules of Laguna Seca or our insurance.
Hours Of Operation
Facilities will be open at 7 a.m. each morning and closed at 6 p.m. each evening.
Rules & Regulations
As partial consideration for the covenants and agreements on the part of Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca set forth herein, Lessee agrees to comply with the following requirements during all times that this agreement is in effect:
-Suites and Garages shall not be sublet to others.
- No signage of any type shall be placed on the exterior of any building or doors.
- Fixtures, pictures and signage on or within the building may not be removed. - All furniture must remain within the suite
- Removable hanging putty is the only approved method for hanging additional signage on the walls.
- Do not tape, Velcro, glue, staple or use any other method without prior approval from a SCRAMP official.
- At no time shall Lessee permit more than forty (40) guests in any one suite,
- Food caterers are responsible for disposing food waste away from the suites and in dumpsters.
- Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca is not responsible for cars or equipment in suites or garages.
- No welding or open flames of any kind shall be permitted in garages, and no fuel shall be stored therein
- Garage beams shall not be used for hoisting purposes.
- At no time shall Lessee permit more than one (1) car to be kept in any one garage, nor more than two (2) motorcycles per garage, nor four (4) go-karts per garage. Further, lessee agrees that at all times it shall use said garage(s) in a careful and safe manner arid keep the floor neat and clean and free of all debris.
- Lessee at all times will be responsible for the conduct of all guests, employees, and agents and will take all precautions in order to avoid accidents and insure the safety of others.
- Lessee will be responsible for the removal cost of any waste, hazardous or otherwise, including, but not limited to, fuel, oil, or tires left on the premises by the Lessee or any participants.
- Lessee shall fully comply with all posted rules and regulations. In the event of any dispute the decision of Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca (or their designated agent) shall be final and binding.
Lessee will be held responsible for any undue damages to the Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca facility and/or its garages. Lessee agrees for itself and its employees, agents, drivers, crew members, guests, and invitees to fully protect, indemnify, and save harmless County of Monterey, its officers, agents and employees; the Sports Car Racing Association of the Monterey Peninsula (SCRAMP), its officers, agents and employees; Mazda Motor of America, Inc., d.b.a. Mazda North American Operations, its parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies or its or their officers, directors and employees from any and all liability to third persons or property of third per¬ sons resulting from Lessee's use of said garage(s). Lessee agrees to require all of its employees, agents, drivers, crewmembers, guests, and invitees to sign the standard waiver and release form furnished by SCRAMP prior to admission of any such persons to Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca.

Full instruction is available for novices. Below is a partial list, please see the Coastal Driving Website for complete rules/tech requirements. Strict 90 DB sound limit is in effect. Participants must show a valid drivers license at registration on day of event Sorry, no open wheel cars Please bring your own approved helmet (loaners/rentals not available). Please contact the Registrar with any questions. Please note that your registration is not complete until payment is received. To confirm your registration, please either pay online via credit card or eCheck, or submit your payment by mail within 3 days of registration approval from registrar. Space is limited and demand for this track is high, therefore registrations not paid within 3 days are subject to cancellation.
SPECIAL Cherry’s Cancellation Policy:
Coastal Driving School is offering a separate cancellation policy directly: As a non-profit organization and in consideration that all the proceeds of this event are donated to charity, CDS has developed a policy that we hope is fair to all CDS participants. • The Coastal Driving School will provide a refund of the registration fee, less a $150 cancellation fee, if we are notified of your cancellation by midnight 8/30/12. If your check has been deposited, a refund check will be mailed after your registration check has cleared. • If we are notified of your cancellation between midnight 8/30/12 and midnight 9/7/12, a $300 cancellation fee will be charged. • Cancellations after midnight 9/7/12 and registered participants who do not show up at the track are not eligible for any refund. • Please note all refunds will be handled through Coastal Driving School regardless of your method of registration and/or payment (online versus snail mail).

The weather is turning warmer, Summer must be on its way and it is time to plan for this year’s CDS - Cherry's Jubilee at Laguna Seca track event. The proceeds from this event are donated to the Salinas Valley Memorial Health Foundation to support the Salinas Valley Hospital.
Coastal Driving School is very excited to announce our favorite track event of the year at Laguna Seca will be THREE days again this year on the weekend of September 14-16, 2012. We will be offering our drivers a chance to drive Laguna Seca on Friday, Saturday and Sunday for one reduced price. The Cherry's Jubilee car show with all the regular vendors will take place in Monterey. Sorry to say the usual Cherry's hot-lap rides will not happen on Saturday or Sunday this year. We are hearing the traditional Cherry's Jubilee pancake breakfast will still take place at the track Sunday morning and the Cherry's classics and hotrods will be taking some parade laps Saturday AM for our viewing pleasure.

- Cost for All three days $595!!! THE 3 DAY REGISTRATION IS PRICED LOW TO ENCOURAGE EARLY 3-DAY SIGN-UPS. Price good till 8/1/12 after that it's $695.
- Garage rental and camping will be available for a fee at this event starting Thursday night. Camping in the paddock will be a line item during registration for $50. Garage rentals are limited to 20 spaces and will be 200$ per car.
- Registration will open on July 1st at 12:01 AM. Watch for emails well before it opens.
- Breakfast & Lunch included each day. Looks like we will have a special Cherry's Jubilee breakfast included on Sunday.
- Post event refreshments each day.

Back by popular demand…Cherry's Jubilee 2012
As expected, after many successful events and happy attendees, Coastal Driving School has secured track time during The Annual Cherry’s Jubilee for a sixth year. This track day is scheduled for the third weekend in September.
